Photoshop techniques research LEARN AND TEACH project.
Overview:
This project is ramping up to group and independent learning and pulling from the past knowledge learned with all the Photoshop editing I have shown you. I have taught you step by step how to do basic editing, removing blemishes, using selective brush controls to effect areas differently in the RAW editor, masking, layer effects, pen tool and more. There is sooo much out there. For this project you need to learn how to find information and teach yourself some of the extra things that are out there...it is endless. Researching and teaching yourself things will be part of your work more than likely as your jobs in the future will sometimes be things we have not thought of yet. You will learn even more from teaching it to the rest of your group. Get in groups of 3 to 4 WITH APPROVAL ON YOUR GROUP. Each of you need to do a google search and type in "Photoshop techniques lessons" and choose one to learn (such as how to change eye color, tilt - shift technique, how to remove a person from a group photo, etc.). There are a lot of choices, but do not do what you learned in the identity mapping project or basic illustration since I already taught that. You will turn in a paper listing who is in your group and what they are learning to teach the rest of you by the end of class this project is started. Put in into each of your folders you create in Dropbox called "Photoshop Techniques". IT CAN NOT BE something I have already taught you. You each have to teach something different. Choose something that interests you and get permission by asking me before you turn your paper in. You will have a little over a week to do this yourself on your own Photoshop work. Then you will have two full class days to teach your technique to each other and answer the 7 questions below on each presenter/student. YOU WILL LOOSE POINTS FOR PICKING SOMETHING TOO EASY AND QUICK!
