Apply what you have learned with the pen tool, masking and layer effects to create Two more images applying the Element of Art "Texture" with your watercolor image as a layer effect.

Start both images below as 4" by 4" 300 dpi by going too File/New

1st Image - one more self portrait from the 6 we took on the white backdrop and using the water color textures we created.  See samples below.

  • Start from one of your self portrait photos but not the same one you used for Identity Mapping double exposure.

  • Use at least one layer of a watercolor texture.  If you do not have a good one, make another.

  • For the 3rd layer use one of your photos we did for abstract blur.

  • You can use more than 3 layers but at least 3.  Use masking in cut outs and use the brush tool on the layer mask to erase more of the image if needed (Black takes away, white brings back).

  • Make sure to leave white negative space in parts of at least two corners or edges. One or two corners or edges need to have some element go off the page

2nd Image - You can use an image of an object you took or from the internet but if from the internet it needs to be altered alot.  See samples below.

  • Start from a photo image of an object or animal/person etc.
